How To Get Rid Of External Hemorrhoids Now!

By Joanna E. Jordan

It has been estimated that almost 100 million Americans endure the aggravation and sometimes painful symptoms of External Hemorrhoids. Furthermore, it is believed that more than half of this nation's population will encounter hemorrhoids sometime by the age of 50. Subsequently, it is essential to have an effective and adequate hemorrhoid treatment available.

External hemorrhoids, basically are veins that have become swollen which develop outside of the anus and changes into a soft lump. These lumps can sometimes turn into blood clots, that in turn become hard and get very painful.

There are a number of different causes for hemorrhoids and numerous reasons for why people can get them. Below are just some of the possible triggers that bring them about:

- Straining in bowel movements

-Obesity

-Childbirth

-Episodes of Chronic Diarrhea

-Sitting for long hours

There are many steps you can take which can help you to avoid suffering from hemorrhoids. If you are currently suffering from hemorrhoids it is best to take preventative measures as soon as possible. This will help to begin healing your current state and help to keep them from returning in the future.

Taking preventative measures to avoid hemorrhoids do not have to be difficult. For example, adding more fiber to your diet, at least every other day. Second, making sure you drink the recommended 8 glasses of water a day. Finally, having an easy but simple 20 minutes of exercise, like taking a short walk around the park or at the mall. These simple measures will help your digestive system to have easier bowel movements and have them more regular. These steps will also help in losing those few extra pounds which can also be extremely helpful in the treatment of external hemorrhoids.

To avoid irritation to the rectum a protectant can be used. This will act as a barrier between the already sensitive anal area and stool during a bowel movement to prevent further pain and irritation.

Some of the more common protectants are Mineral Oil, Calomine, Liver Oil and Petroleum Jelly.

The use of natural home remedies for internal or external hemorrhoids is a treatment that should be added to your list of best remedies. Natural remedies work at the root of the problem, have little to no side effects and work quick and easy at your convenience because many can be found in your home. - 2275

Solution found! After suffering my entire adult life from often painful itching and hemorrhoids I found the solution on a trip to Thailand = the bathroom sprayer they use there to wash with after. Simply put it allows you to clean up without rubbing or using irritating chemicals. I noticed an immediate improvement and so I bought my own sprayer from http://www.bathroomsprayers.com and installed it myself in my own bathroom, easy. The problem has never returned. And it feels great. It’s the best thing you’ll ever do for yourself…or someone else. Good luck!
