4 Things to Do Everyday to Be Happy

Finding self confidence in life and with women is much easier than you think. It can be split into 4 fields: intellectual, physical, monetary, and social. Everyday, put forth some effort into each place and you will become a fulfilled gentleman with the confidence that comes along with it.

INTELLECTUAL

Activate your smarts by reading a book or favorite news periodical. You can also be artsy by attending a gallery opening or go to poetry reading. Intellectual field trips like this make you more interesting and allow you endless subjects to talk about with girls.

PHYSICAL

Participate in perspiring. Be active daily with going to the gym, hiking, playing flag football, or anything that allows you to sweat. Physically demanding activities keep you healthy and make you look great to the opposite sex. If it's a unique activity like karate, share it in an charismatic story to a woman and she'll see how much more amazing you are than every person she's ever met.

MONETARY

List your tasks by priority and knock them out one by one. Do not procrastinate. When you have a clean plate, you will lose anxiety and open opportunity to have more fun and recreation time.

SOCIAL

You won't be going to bars every single day, but, each day you should take time to build and strengthen your social network. Call an old friend, have lunch with a business acquaintance, attend a club of some sort, have a dinner party at your home. The more you socialize the better you get at it. The more friends you have, the more chances you have a friend that wants to hook you up with a beautiful woman he or she knows.

If every day you set small goals for yourself in each of these four areas and you accomplish them, then your inner confidence will begin to rise very quickly. You will become the man you always wanted to be. Once you are satisfied with your life, you will open the door for many quality women to enter and share it with you. - 2275

Grown mainly in Brazil, Amazon communities consider Acai a food staple. Because the actual berry cannot be imported, it is available in juices, smoothies, or as frozen pulp. Acai can help protect the immune system from physical stress, which is no surprise given its high antioxident properties.

Hazelnuts can easily be added to your diet. You can put them into your baked goods such as breads and cookies, add them to your stir-frys, put them into your pancakes, throw them on a salad or into yogurt, or just eat plain or roasted. They are also high in antioxidents including phytonutrients and Vitamin E which help the body repair itself and strengthen the immune system.

The last of the three healthy foods to eat is Barley. Containing beta-glucans, this food can increase your immune function as well as lower cholesterol. Barley has been around for 10,000 years and commonly used in beer-making; however, you can add barley into your diet in a few ways. You can make soups, stews, add to salads, grind into flour for baking, or make it into a hot cereal for breakfast.

The Medical Benefits to Marijuana and Joint Pain

Dealing with stiff, cramping muscles, and daily aching is just another way of life for 2.5 million people who live with MS. Another 15 million people who suffer from spinal chord injuries have similar pains on top of limited movement and the lack of sleep they most desperately need.

Many of the conventional medications can reduce the patients discomfort-yet taking them rarely provides complete relief. Often the drugs cause weakness, drowsiness, and other side effects that some patients find intolerable such as always being constipated.

Given this outlook, it is not hard to understand why some people with multiple sclerosis and spinal cord injuries have sought relief through marijuana as it has shown to reduce pain and muscle spasms.

Patients of spinal chord injuries and MS also said they valued the drug because it relieved nausea or helped them sleep. A 1982 study of people with spinal cord injuries, found that 21 of 43 of the case studies reported that marijuana lessened muscle spasticity (a condition in which muscles tense reflexively and resist stretching), while nearly every participant in a 1997 survey of 112 regular marijuana users with multiple sclerosis replied that the drug lessened both pain and spasticity.

This study is not intended to show that all people who suffer from MS find relief simply those who use marijuana do.

Facts About What Cause Shingles

Anyone from both genders can get shingles. In fact, it is estimated that about a million Americans get shingles each year. Understanding the facts about what cause shingles can get you on the right track to medication and treatment.

Fact #1: You don't get the shingles virus from a person who has it - the virus just gets reactivated.

The virus that causes shingles is the same one that causes chicken pox: the varicella zoster. When a person gets chicken pox, the virus can hide itself in the body and can be reactivated once the immune system becomes weak.

It is a fallacy to say that you have caught the shingles from someone suffering from it. You can only get chicken pox from someone who has the shingles virus and who has fresh blisters. Shingles therefore is like another belated but more severe bout of chicken pox.

Facts #2: Anyone may or may not get shingles.

Those who have had chicken pox do not automatically get shingles. It is estimated though that one in every ten individuals will develop shingles at a later age. It is still not clear whether what cause shingles can cause repeated episodes of shingles. It is believed though that shingles usually happens only once and that a repeat of it is possible but is not always the case.

Fact #3: Shingles virus is not similar to other herpes viruses.

Shingles is basically caused by a type of herpes virus. This is why shingles is also known as herpes zoster. This does not mean though that what cause shingles can also cause genital herpes or mouth sores. The only reason why they all belong to the herpes group of viruses is because herpes viruses have the ability to infect an individual once and then become dormant for a span of time. They can reactivate only when a there is a trigger.

Fact #4: A weak immune system triggers shingles.

It is not true that chicken or other allergy-inducing food can cause or worsen your chicken pox or shingles. The real trigger for what cause shingles is a weak immune system. This is the reason why understanding what cause shingles is important for the elderly.

People 50 or 60 and above have a higher risk of manifesting shingles because their immune systems are no longer in top shape. It is also possible though that people with immune deficiencies and those sick with cancer and other serious ailments are also at high risk of developing shingles. Anyone with a weak immune system and has had chicken pox before can also have shingles.

Fact #5: Stress can be a factor that triggers the disease.

Shingles are not caused by stress. Stress however can increase the chances of an individual who is prone to shingles to develop it. This is because stress can affect the immune system which can lead to a reactivation of the virus. Normal stress actually serves to activate the immune system. Too much stress however can increase the level of work of the immune system that it may stop responding to ailments like shingles. - 2275

If you have a nice upper boday, strapless will certainly show it off. You can always get a shawl or a scarf to cover up if you can't decide what's best.

Back. To be really risque, you may choose no back to your dress or a very low one. If you need to feel comfortable and covered, then a higher or normal back is better for you.
